Withdrawals
Approve a withdrawal to take the credit off the player's game account, then pay the player yourself.
How a withdrawal reaches you
A player opens Withdrawals in Spinzuri, chooses a game account and enters:
- the amount
- where they want to be paid, such as their Cash App handle
- optionally, a QR code or screenshot for the payout
They tap Submit withdrawal, and the request appears on your Requests page as pending.
Review a withdrawal
Open Requests and select Withdrawals. Each request shows the platform, the amount, the player's game username and where they want to be paid. If they attached a QR code, select the thumbnail to see it full size.
Check Game Balance before you approve. The player needs at least the amount they asked for on that platform.
Approve and pay out
- Select Approve next to the withdrawal.
- Check the details and select Confirm Approval. The amount is taken off the player's game account on that platform.
- Send the money to the player using the payout details in the request.
The player sees approved in their withdrawal history.
Approve first, then pay. That way the credit is gone from the game account before any money leaves you.
If you see Could not approve, no credit was taken and the request stays pending. Check that the platform is connected and that the player still has enough balance, then try again.
Reject a withdrawal
Select Reject, type the reason, and select Reject. The credit stays in the player's game account, and they see rejected in their history. Players don't see your reason in Spinzuri yet, so message them to explain.
