Getting your account and signing in

How you get an account

Agent accounts are set up by the Spinzuri team, not through a public sign-up. Contact us and we'll create your account and send you:

• the email address and password you sign in with
• the address of your agent dashboard
• your store handle, which becomes part of your player link

Each account has one store. It opens automatically when you sign in, so there's nothing to pick.

Sign in for the first time

If you see No store found for your account, your store hasn't been assigned yet. Contact us and we'll fix it.

Your Overview page

Overview is your home screen. Check it at the start of every shift.

• The line under the title tells you how much is waiting: All caught up — nothing waiting on you. or the number of requests that need you.
• Your storefront link is the link you share with players. Use the copy button next to it. See your player link.
• Four counters show Pending deposits, Pending withdrawals, Account requests and Unpaid referral bonuses. A counter marked needs action has something waiting. Select it to go straight to that page.
• Daily run-through links to the jobs you'll do most: approving deposits and withdrawals, creating game accounts, checking platform connections and posting announcements.

The counters refresh on their own every 30 seconds.

Set up before you invite players

Do these in order. Players can't request game accounts or deposit until the first two are done.

Find your way around

The menu on the left of the dashboard has one page for each job:

• Requests: deposits and withdrawals waiting for you
• Game Accounts: players asking for a login on a platform
• Platforms: your platform connections
• Players and Manage Players: your player list, and a search that works across platforms
• Payment Methods, Promo Codes, Referrals, Announcements and Support: what your players see and use
