Game account requests

How a request arrives

A player opens Game Accounts in Spinzuri. They see each of your platforms and, for any platform where they don't have an account yet, they enter:

• a desired username: 3 to 16 letters, numbers or underscores
• a desired password: 6 to 16 characters, with at least one letter, one number and one underscore, for example Player_123

They then tap Request account and see a message that you'll create the account shortly. On your Overview page, the Account requests counter goes up.

Create the account

The dashboard creates the account on that platform with the username and password the player chose. You'll see Account created, and the request moves to History as active.

The player now sees the account as active with its UID in Spinzuri, and can start depositing. They sign in to the game with the username and password they chose.

If the account can't be created

If you see Could not create account, the request stays pending so you can try again. Common causes:

• The platform isn't connected. Check Platforms and reconnect if needed.
• The platform refused the username or password. Reject the request and ask the player to request again with different details.

Reject a request

Select Reject next to the request. It moves to History as failed, and the player sees failed on their Game Accounts page.

Create an account without a request

You can also create game accounts yourself:

• For one of your players: open them in Players and select Connect Game Account. See managing players.
• For an account that isn't linked to any player: use Create Independent Account on the Manage Players page.
