Keeping your account secure

Protect your dashboard and platform logins, check payment proof properly, and know what to do if something looks wrong.

On this page

Your dashboard can move real credit on your platforms. Treat access to it like access to your cash drawer.

Your dashboard login

  • Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
  • Don't share your login. Anyone with it can approve deposits and withdrawals in your name.
  • Sign out when you use a shared or borrowed device.
  • If you think someone else knows your password, contact us straight away and we'll reset it.

Your platform logins

The logins you enter on Platforms are stored securely. They're only used to do what you ask in the dashboard: create accounts, add or remove credit, check balances and reset game passwords. Nobody at Spinzuri needs your platform password, so never send it to anyone who asks.

If you think a platform login has leaked:

  1. Change the password on that platform's own agent panel.
  2. In the dashboard, open Platforms and select Reconnect on that platform.
  3. Enter the new password and select Connect.

Check payments before you approve

Every approval moves real credit, and approvals are final. Before you approve a deposit:

  • check the money has arrived in your payment app, not just in the screenshot
  • match the amount and the sender
  • look out for a transaction ID you've seen before

Before you approve a withdrawal, check the player's Game Balance, then pay out only to the details in the request.

Know who did what

Each request records who handled it. If more than one person works in your dashboard, you can see who approved or rejected each deposit, withdrawal and game account request.

Game account usernames

When you select Create account on a request, a username that already exists on the platform is linked to the requesting player rather than created fresh. If a request uses a username you recognise from another player, reject it. See game account requests.
