Connecting your platforms

Add your platform logins once so you can create accounts, approve deposits and pay out withdrawals from the dashboard. Reconnect when a platform stops working.

What connecting does

When you connect a platform, you give the dashboard the login you already use for that platform's agent panel. From then on, the dashboard can do the work on that platform for you:

  • create the game accounts your players request
  • add credit when you approve a deposit
  • take credit off when you approve a withdrawal
  • show a player's live balance and reset their game password

You only need to connect each platform once. See which platforms we support on the platforms page.

Connect a platform

  1. Open Platforms in the dashboard menu. Each platform has its own card.
  2. On the platform's card, select Connect.
  3. Enter the Username and Password you use to sign in to that platform's agent panel.
  4. Select Connect. You'll see Connection Started while the dashboard signs in.
  5. Wait for the status on the card to change to connected. This usually takes a few seconds, and the card updates by itself.
Game platforms with their connection status
Each platform card shows its connection status.

If the Platforms page says No game platforms enabled yet, select Enable All Platforms and the cards appear.

What each status means

  • connected: everything works. You can create accounts and approve requests on this platform.
  • connecting: the dashboard is signing in. Wait a few seconds.
  • error: the last sign-in failed. The reason is shown in red under the platform name.
  • not_connected: no login saved yet.

Reconnect a platform

Reconnect when a platform shows error, or when you've changed your password on that platform's agent panel.

  1. Open Platforms and find the platform.
  2. Read the red message under its name, if there is one. It usually tells you what went wrong, such as a wrong password.
  3. Select Reconnect (or Connect), enter your current panel username and password, and select Connect.
  4. Wait for connected.

While a platform is not connected, approvals and account requests on it fail and stay pending. Nothing is lost: approve them again once the platform is back.

Remove a saved login

Reset clears the login saved for a platform. Use it if you entered the wrong account, or if you want the dashboard to stop using a login.

  1. On the platform's card, select Reset.
  2. Confirm with Yes, reset.

Resetting doesn't change anything on the platform itself. To use that platform again, connect it with a login.
