These terms cover your use of this website and of the Spinzuri agent dashboard. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older, or 21 or older where local rules require it.
• Sweepstakes games are void where prohibited. You are responsible for checking that running and promoting them is allowed where you and your players are.
• Agent accounts are set up by our team. We may decline or close an account at our discretion.

Your responsibilities as an agent

• Keep your dashboard login private, and only connect platform logins you are allowed to use.
• Check deposits and withdrawals before you approve them. Approvals move real balances on the platform.
• Pay your players what they are owed, using the payment methods you publish.
• Don’t use the service for fraud, money laundering or anything unlawful.

No promises about winnings or earnings

Spinzuri is a tool for running your player accounts. We make no promise about game outcomes, winnings, or how much any agent will earn.

Game platforms

The game platforms are run by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, rules or changes. If a platform changes, some actions may be unavailable until we update our support for it.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms and the service. If you keep using it after a change, the new terms apply. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
