Responsible play

Sweepstakes games are meant to be entertainment. Spinzuri expects every agent to run their players with that in mind.

Age and location

• Players and agents must be 18 or older, or 21 or older where local rules require it.
• Sweepstakes games are void where prohibited. Check the rules where you and your players are.

No promises about winning

Game results are down to chance. Don’t tell players they will win, and don’t present play as a way to earn money.

What agents can do

• Remind players to set a budget and stop when they reach it.
• Don’t pressure players to deposit more or to chase losses.
• If a player asks you to stop taking their deposits, respect it.
• Point players who are struggling towards help.
