This page explains what information Spinzuri collects from agents and their players, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us through the contact form or by message: your name, contact details, the platforms you run and anything you write.
• For agent accounts: your account details, the platform logins you connect, your payment methods and your settings.
• For players: their sign-up details, game-account usernames, and the deposits, withdrawals and payment screenshots they submit.
• Basic technical information, like the pages visited, so we can keep the site working.

How we use it

• To reply to you and set up your agent account.
• To run the dashboard and the player app: showing requests to the right agent and carrying out the actions agents approve.
• To keep a record of approvals and to prevent fraud and misuse.

We don’t sell personal information.

Who can see it

An agent sees the information of the players linked to them. Players never see an agent’s platform logins. We share information with service providers only as needed to run the service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as the account is active and as long as needed to meet legal and record-keeping duties.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact us through the contact page.

Age

This service is only for people 18 and older, or 21 and older where local rules require it.
